77 kWh usable battery, about 3.3 miles per kWh in real driving (roughly 250 miles of range). Priced at the Ofgem cap of 26.11p per kWh (1 July – 30 September 2026), and on a typical dedicated overnight EV tariff (e.g. a 7p off-peak window).

A premium 800-volt SUV; a big battery and a heavier body lift the cost to fill.

Cost per full charge, and per mile

Home charging on a dedicated overnight tariff is where the running-cost case for an EV is won. Charge the Genesis GV60 only at standard-rate electricity and it is still cheaper than petrol, but the gap narrows sharply. Lean on public rapid chargers and it can cost as much as petrol or more — which is worth knowing before you buy, not after.
